Liudmyla Diadchenko

Lіudmyla Diadchenko (1988) is a Ukrainian poet from Kyiv, vice-president of the Union of Ukrainian Writers, Ukrainian Literary Review Book of the Year. Doctor of Philosophy (theory of literature). Research interests: mythopoetics, hermeneutics, spatial studies. Born in Cherkasy region, Ukraine, she graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University in Kyiv, majoring in Literary Creation, Ukrainian language and literature. Later she completed her postgraduate studies and defended her dissertation on Mythopoetic Space in Modern Lyric.

She was a participant in the Writers' Residency in Zagreb within the Croatian P.E.N. Center (June, 2023) and a participant in the book fair in Croatia "Interliber" (November, 2023).

Some of her poems have been translated into English, Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Romanian, Croatian, Bosnian, Albanian, Bulgarian, Greek, Georgian, Chinese, Russian, Azeri and Turkish.

She lives and works in Kyiv.
